Sandwell and West Birmingham NHS Trust is seeking a Divisional Director of Operations for Medicine and Emergency Care, one of the organisation’s most senior operational leadership roles. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the postholder will lead a major clinical division with responsibility for operational performance, service transformation, financial stewardship, productivity, patient flow, quality and patient experience. The role works in partnership with clinical and nursing leadership and contributes to Trust-wide strategy and system collaboration. Candidates need significant senior operational management experience in a complex acute healthcare environment and a strong record of delivering performance, transformation and financial improvement.
