NHS Lincolnshire Integrated Care Board is recruiting an Associate Programme Director Commissioning to provide senior leadership across commissioning and major transformation programmes within the Derbyshire, Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire cluster. The role covers portfolios including planned care, urgent and emergency care, mental health, women’s health, specialist and delegated commissioning and primary care. The postholder is expected to bring strategic thinking, delivery discipline and visible leadership, build trusted relationships across organisations and help shape sustainable models of care. The role requires experience leading complex programmes and working across organisational and system boundaries.
