Avon and Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership NHS Trust is recruiting an Associate Director of Estates to provide strategic direction, professional oversight and assurance across the Trust’s estate. As the senior estates professional, the postholder will lead estate operations, statutory compliance, sustainability and capital development programmes and help shape the Estates Strategy, Capital Programme and Net Zero ambitions. The role works closely with the Chief Transformation, Estates and Digital Officer and requires strong leadership across infrastructure, compliance, investment and service improvement. Candidates need substantial senior estates experience in a complex organisation.
