Bristol NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a senior leader to shape its future workforce and skills strategy following the creation of the enlarged trust. The role leads education, apprenticeships, learning and development, career pathways, workforce transformation and education governance, and works with clinical, operational, system and education partners to develop future roles and capabilities. The postholder will support delivery of the Trust’s clinical strategy and wider NHS priorities, build influential relationships at executive and system level and lead large-scale change. Candidates need strong strategic leadership, organisational development and transformation experience in a complex environment.
