St George’s, Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals and Health Group is seeking a Group Chief People Officer to lead people, culture, organisational development and workforce transformation across a group of more than 18,000 colleagues. Reporting to the Group Chief Executive and operating as a key member of the Executive Team, the postholder will lead the people and culture aspects of merger and integration, strengthen leadership and succession, improve staff experience and inclusion, modernise People Services and support workforce productivity and financial sustainability. The role requires substantial experience of transformation, cultural change and workforce modernisation in a large, complex organisation.
