Wirral University Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and Wirral Community Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust are recruiting a Joint Chief Finance Officer ahead of planned organisational integration. Reporting to the Chief Executive, the postholder will provide Board-level leadership across finance, digital and information, and procurement, act as Senior Information Risk Owner and lead development of a joint financial strategy. The role includes financial recovery, efficiency, long-term sustainability, transformation and system partnership working. Candidates need to be qualified accountants with substantial Board-level leadership experience and a strong track record of strategic finance, organisational change and complex stakeholder management.
