Black Country Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Non-Executive Director to serve as a voting member of the Board and to chair the Audit Committee. The role provides independent judgement and constructive challenge on strategy, performance, governance, financial controls, risk and assurance. Particular emphasis is placed on strong financial expertise and experience of mergers, acquisitions or other complex commercial transactions. Candidates need an appropriate professional background, substantial strategic leadership experience and a clear commitment to public-service values, Board accountability and high standards of governance.
